Our History
Harbour City Homes Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated building company founded by John Condon in 2000. Since then, John has worked hard and built a solid reputation of reliability and dependability. We are considered one of the best in class contractors for home renovations, new home design and construction, residential townhouse developments, and commercial construction projects.
John personally has more than 35 years of experience in the building industry, and has developed his personal repertoire of expertise and industry knowledge to include some of the finest workmanship skills to be found anywhere in the Sydney market. He holds himself and everyone in the company to incredibly high standards on every project. Add in the rest of the Condon family, and our experience adds up to close to 50 years in the industry.
John's lifelong dedication to maintaining and delivering the highest possible standards is reflected in the selection of the highly skilled subcontractors employed by Harbour City Homes. This ensures the highest level of skill, quality and time- and cost-efficiency, which we demand from all our subcontractors on behalf of all our clients.
In 2008 Harbour City Homes added a design component to our overall offering, to give you a complete, turnkey solution for all your building needs.
