Our Building Process

  • It all starts with your enquiry and finishes with your satisfaction.

    • On-site consultation
      We will come and meet you on site or at a place of your choosing to discuss your requirements.
    • If you are looking for Design and Construct services (e.g. a new home from the ground up) we will:
        • Provide a conceptual design and rough cost - We will get back to you with a conceptual design based on the criteria you provided at the consultation for your feedback and go-ahead.
        • Estimate the project cost - We will provide an estimated cost breakdown based on your budget.
        • Complete a feasibility study and in-depth analysis/initiate planning
          In this stage of development we take all your feedback and ideas and produce a set of working drawings or architectural plans, and development application documents for your approval.
        • Develop final plans, drawings
        • Submit all the plans to council, and await their decision. If any amendments are requested by them we will organise these on your behalf and keep you informed of the progress.
    • Submit a contract and a detailed costing – A final lump-sum cost will be provided to you along with a letter of offer, with the inclusion of our price.
    • Contract is signed
    • Construction phase (the exciting part)

    Completion and delivery – Your new home or renovation is ready for you
