Hunters Hill

This small cottage located in Hunters Hill has had a major facelift since it was built in the 1940’s.

Originally a small three-bedroom house, the clients required more room for their growing family, wanting the resulting house to be modern and fresh.

Harbour City Homes was contracted, and worked in close collaboration with the architect to transform the home into what it is today.

An extensive renovation to the original building and a large open-plan addition were built to rejuvenate this house into the large five-bedroom home it now is.

A new kitchen, laundry and two bathrooms were constructed and timber floorboards were installed throughout. The open-plan addition at the back of the home provides a great flow from the indoors to the backyard and is perfect for entertaining.

The family were extremely satisfied with the results achieved by John and the Harbour City Homes’ team.
