Mosman 1

This unique project entailed a major extension to the rear of this home over three levels, as well as a new garage to the front.

The clients expected all works to replicate the original fabric of the home, which is evident in the photos. Extensive use of sandstone, large timber members to the verandas and large slate tiles achieve the 1900’s era aesthetic.

The Garage exemplifies the workmanship produced in this project. Although a small part of the project it was important for Harbour City Homes to get it right. The Brickwork, Bargeboards and Jerkin-Head style roof were all matched to the original house.

The clients were impressed with the results thus far, that they had us perform additional remediation work to the original house.
