This home began life as an old 1900’s, red-brick house which was beginning to fail structurally in its roof and basement area’s.

The family living here were in desperate need of more space and wanted a home to encapsulate the surrounding views and their unique lifestyle.

The architect contracted Harbour City Homes, for the job of making the existing shell structurally sound, to perform a major renovation and to build the new addition to the front of the house.

The bathrooms and laundry were all rebuilt, new rooms were created, and a beautiful modern kitchen was installed.

This home has had the finest of finishes installed, which are evident in the photos above.

The family of seven now live extremely comfortably in this like-new home.
