This unique project entailed a major extension to the rear of this home over three levels, as well as a new garage to the front.

The clients wanted to maintain consistency and enhance the aesthetic of their home’s 1900 original style. We make extensive use of the original fabrics, including sandstone, large timber members to the verandas and large slate tiles to achieve an authentic extension.

The garage exemplifies the workmanship demanded of this project. Although a small part of the project, its street-facing position make it integral to the styling, so we made sure we got it right. The brickwork, bargeboards and jerkin-head style roof were all perfectly matched to the original house.

The clients were so impressed with the results, they had us perform additional remediation work to the original house.
