This 1900s red-brick house had begun to fail structurally in its roof and basement areas. Its family desperately needed extra space, and imagined a home that encapsulated the beautiful surrounding views, and fitted their unique bay-side lifestyle.

The family’s architect contracted Harbour City Homes to make the existing shell structurally sound, then perform a major renovation and build a new addition to the front of the house.

We rebuilt the bathrooms and laundry, created new rooms, and installed a beautiful modern kitchen that reflected the natural and earthy feel of the home and family.

The family of seven now lives in comfort and delight in their like-new home that opens itself to beautifully natural surrounds.
